How Much Can I Borrow (HMCIB) Calculator?

The HMCIB calculator can be used to help give you an idea of how much the Bank will lend you based on your income and outgoings and your deposit. This is for guidance only, the actual amount you can borrow will be confirmed to you in writing following a full assessment of your income and outgoings and after considering the impact of the new mortgage and running costs of your home. How many people are applying for the mortgage loan ?

Please enter the number of people that are applying for the mortgage loan. This number should reflect how many people will be or currently are on the property title. If this will be/is four or more, please call us for more information.

What is the current age of the oldest applicant ?

Please enter the current age of the oldest applicant. If this person will not be financially contributing to the loan, or is 65 and over, please call us for more information.

What is your annual income ?

Please enter your basic salary, plus any other income (bonuses, dividends, pension etc.) that you can provide confirmation of.
