Chairman of the Board and Independent Non-Executive Director

Felix Hauber holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), specialising in Banking and Finance. He is currently Managing Director at a leading global technology consulting firm, overseeing Wealth Management Consulting across Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. Previously, Felix held senior positions at Bank Vontobel, a Swiss-based Private Banking and Asset Management firm, and at Deloitte Consulting Switzerland where he built up the Private Banking Strategy Team. With extensive experience across Switzerland, Germany, the UK, and the Middle East, he is an established expert in front-office strategy, including sales force optimisation, pricing, digital transformation, and market expansion. Felix has published multiple articles on Wealth Management and International Private Banking.

Tim Brockmann holds a Master’s Degree in European Business Law from the University of Paris and is qualified under both the French and Swiss Bar. His career in investment management began at JP Morgan in Geneva and New York before he founded his own companies in fund management. He is currently CEO of Amadeus Capital SA.

Michael Seeholzer holds a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance MAS and has extensive experience across the financial sector. He serves on the Executive Board of Amasus Investment Ltd. Zurich, with a primary focus on Real Estate and Private Equity, managing acquisitions, sales, and development projects. Since 2009, he has been a Board Member of Turicum Private Bank, representing his Family Office, a shareholder of the Bank. He succeeded his father, Peter Seeholzer, a Founding Member of Turicum.

Executive Director

Louis Bisang holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Zurich and an Executive MBA. He has built a broad career in the financial sector, working with hedge funds and regulated Swiss investment fund companies. In parallel, he advises and invests in ventures across a range of sectors, with a focus on innovative, technology-led businesses.
Louis was a founding investor in two Swiss wealth and asset management firms, including one with a distinct family office model, and helped establish a company specialising in legal and compliance services. At Turicum Private Bank, he serves as an Executive Director, representing both the Zurich Representative Office and a shareholder group.

Adrian Kreter is a Portfolio Investor and Business Angel with experience in building, scaling, and investing in international businesses across fintech, technology, and regulated industries. His professional background began in delivering complex technology projects for corporate clients across Europe, before founding and expanding several international ventures, including Arringo Group, Instacoins Group, and ArriTech, headquartered in Malta. His portfolio has since expanded through strategic investments, private investment activities, and ownership interests across multiple sectors, including a 184-year-old wine company in the Netherlands and AK Aviation in Malta. Alongside broader investment interests, he is also President of the Kreter Foundation.

Bruno P J Goutaland Rosset de Greysier

Non-Executive Director

Bruno P J Goutaland Rosset de Greysier is a Founding Director of Turicum Private Bank and has been Managing Director of Companies House Gibraltar since 1993. With over 30 years of experience advising high-net-worth clients, he previously served as Managing Director of Europa Trust Company, a licensed trust firm. A qualified Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP) and member of the Gibraltar branch of STEP since 1999, Bruno has extensive expertise in company and trust matters. He is a Commissioner for Oaths registered at the Supreme Court of Gibraltar and has held various public and regulatory roles, including serving as the Registrar of Pleasure Yachts (1992–2010) and Registrar of Ships (1996–1998). Bruno also contributed to Gibraltar’s commercial sector as a Board Member of the Gibraltar Chamber of Commerce (2001–2005) and the Gibraltar Information Bureau in Geneva (1990–1993). A keen sailor, he has been a member of the Royal Gibraltar Yacht Club since 1990.

Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee

Jose Julio Pisharello is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants with over 25 years of expertise in accounting, audit, and tax. He holds a BA (Hons) in Financial Services from the University of Manchester and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Financial Services. Jose Julio was Managing Partner at EY Gibraltar from its establishment in 2013 until 2018 and later served as Senior Partner until 2019. He has held leadership roles as President and Deputy President of the Gibraltar Society of Accountants and was the inaugural Chairman of the University of Gibraltar’s Board of Governors (2015–2018). In recognition of his contributions, he was awarded the Gibraltar Medallion of Distinction for Public Service by the Gibraltar Parliament in 2019.

Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Risk Committee

Rachel Sexton is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Turicum Private Bank and Chair of the bank’s Risk Committee.

She brings extensive international experience in audit, compliance, risk, regulation and corporate governance. Rachel has held senior partner roles with major international professional services firms, including EY LLP and Ashurst LLP in the UK, as well as senior positions with leading consulting firms across the UK, United States and Europe.

Throughout her career, she has advised financial institutions and other regulated organisations on governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, financial crime and internal control frameworks. She also has significant experience serving as a non-executive director. She holds other non-executive roles with government departments and charitable organisations.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge. She has also earned post-graduate diplomas in Anti-Money Laundering, Financial Crime Prevention and Corporate Governance. She is a Certified Public Accountant, licenced in the State of California.

Andreas graduated with a Master’s Degree in Economics at the University of Zurich and subsequently post-graduated with a European Finance & Investment Expert Diploma (equivalent to CFA) at the Swiss Training Centre for Investment Professionals (AZEK). In 1994, Andreas began his business career at Credit Suisse Asset Management in Zurich as an internal trainer for Credit Suisse Investment Funds and was promoted to Head of the Fund Training Department in 1996. Subsequently, he assumed responsibility for the Department ‘Product Management Investment Funds’ where he oversaw the global investment fund business of Credit Suisse Private Banking. In 1999, he became a Senior Relationship Manager at Credit Suisse in Gibraltar, where he was responsible for the business with institutional clients. Andreas joined Turicum Private Bank in 2003 as a Senior Investment Manager and member of the management team. He played a pivotal role in the development of the Bank's Front Office and Investment Management Department. He also established a Representative Office in Zurich and expanded Turicum’s Investment Fund business. Since 2013, Andreas has served as Turicum Private Bank’s CEO. He also holds a Company Manager license issued by the GFSC in relation to the provision of directorships to Experienced Investor Funds.

Honorary Chairman for Life

Honorary Chairman for Life Raymond Bisang earned a Doctorate in Jurisprudence from the University of Zurich in 1978. The following year, he was elected as a judge at the District Court of Zurich, later serving as Vice President and President of the Tenancy Tribunal. In 1986, he transitioned to private legal practice and joined Suhr Würgler Maag Bisang, now ZL ZurichLawyers, where he remains a Partner with a primary focus on Banking Law. A founding member of Turicum Private Bank in 1993, Raymond played a pivotal role in the Bank’s establishment and governance. He was appointed Chairman of the Board in 2002, leading the Bank’s strategic direction for over two decades. In recognition of his exceptional leadership and contributions, he was named Honorary Chairman for Life in April 2024.

Dr Benjamin Moss is Chief Legal Officer and Deputy CEO at Turicum Private Bank. He leads the Legal function, with a focus on strategic projects and legal risk across the Bank’s operations.


He joined Turicum in 2003 and has developed expertise in financial regulatory frameworks, systemic risk, and cross-border legal matters.


Ben holds dual Law degrees in English and French Law from the Universities of Kent and Paris, a Master’s in Commercial Law and Finance from the University of Nottingham, and a PhD in Law focused on financial regulation.

Chief Risk Officer

Marzia Manconi is Head of Compliance, Risk and Ethics at Turicum Private Bank. She oversees the Bank’s compliance strategy, risk management approach, and ethical governance.

She joined the Bank in 2018, after prior roles in Gibraltar’s financial services sector and a career in London’s non-profit sector focusing on executive support and organisational change.

Marzia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a postgraduate degree in International Relations from the University of Pavia, along with an LLM in International Development Law and Human Rights from the University of Warwick. She holds the ICA Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering and the CISI International Certificate in Investments and Wealth Management, with ongoing development through the UK Chartered Banker Institute and the Institute of Risk Management.

Tyrone Vinet is Chief Operating Officer at Turicum Private Bank, responsible for Front Office Support Functions, policy development, internal controls, and the Bank’s operational risk framework.

He has held senior roles in both public and private sectors, including a tenure at the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission, where he managed fiduciary and investment services supervision. He later held compliance and control positions at Credit Suisse Gibraltar and SG Hambros Bank.

Tyrone holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Southampton and a second degree in Financial Services from the University of Manchester. He is a Chartered Associate of the London Foundation for Banking & Finance.

Dimitri Adam is the Chief Financial Officer at Turicum Private Bank, where he leads the Bank’s finance function with a focus on performance analysis and technology-enabled process improvements.

The finance department plays a central role in delivering high-quality reporting and management information (MIS) to the Board of Directors and senior management. By providing timely data and strategic insight, the department supports decision-making across the organisation. Additionally, it ensures robust external reporting to regulatory bodies and maintains full compliance with applicable financial regulations.

Dimitri joined Turicum in 2015, bringing over a decade of financial experience across industries such as insurance and online gaming. His earlier career included management accounting roles in Paris and finance positions in London, establishing a strong international foundation in financial operations.

Dimitri holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from France and became a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) in 2016. In 2024, he was awarded the designation of Chartered Associate by the London Institute of Banking & Finance, in recognition of his dedication to the Financial Services industry.

Paul Barker is Chief Technology Officer at Turicum Private Bank. With expertise in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, and cybersecurity, Paul leads the Bank’s digital transformation initiatives, aligning technology innovation with business goals to enhance client experiences, ensure operational excellence, and uphold robust cybersecurity measures.

He began his career over 25 years ago, supporting global organisations such as Goodyear and Caterpillar in the UK. He later expanded his experience with nine years in Gibraltar’s dynamic gaming industry, where he specialised in building resilient and scalable technology platforms across infrastructure and systems engineering functions.

Paul joined Turicum in 2014 as IT Manager, where he was instrumental in advancing the Bank’s information technology strategy while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.

In the last 20 years Silvia has gained a wealth of experience within the Private Banking sector. After graduating with a degree in Ciencias Empresariales & Economicas at the University of Granada, Silvia began her banking career with Banco Atlantico Gibraltar in 1994. In 1998 Silvia joined Credit Agricole Indosuez as a Relationship Manager and continued providing for her clients at SG Hambros when she joined in 2003. Silvia became a Premier Relationship Manager at Barclays in 2007 before joining Turicum Private Bank at the start of 2014 as a Senior Relationship Manager. Silvia is developing both the local and international markets, identifying business opportunities, whilst managing her portfolio of high net worth clients.

Kevin has considerable banking experience spanning over 28 years where he worked at Barclays Wealth International. During this time he held roles in Relationship Management and more recently the position of Chartered Financial Advisor for high net worth individuals and institutional investors. Kevin joined Turicum Private Bank in March 2014 as Senior Relationship Manager and focuses on building strong relationships with the Bank’s high net worth clients and identifying new business opportunities within the local and international market. Kevin holds the Investments Management certificate (IMC) and Private Client Investment Advice & Management (PCIAM, level 6). He is also a member of the Life Insurance Association and Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Derek Baglietto focuses on the Institutional and Fintech / Crypto desk of the Bank. He is part of the Executive Committee of the Gibraltar Funds and Investment Association (GFIA). He studied Blockchain Strategy in the SAID business School, University of Oxford and is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers "ACIB", with further studies under the Securities Institute and CISI focusing on Fund Management and Investment Analysis. He was employed in Credit Suisse Private Banking as Vice President for 23 years, gaining wide experience in various areas including Credit, Financial Control, Portfolio Management, Investment Consultant, and Heading the Front Office support team. From 2006 he was Heading the Institutional clients team in the External Asset Managers and Fund team. Derek joined Turicum in 2016 and focused on developing the Institutional Offering, providing international and local External Asset Managers, Fund Managers and other Intermediaries with solutions for their clients. In addition the desk has expanded into the Fintech sector where services are provided to companies and individuals in the space including those working with Digital Assets.

After completing her education with a BA in Economics from the University of Sevilla (Spain) and an MA in Economics from De Montfort University in Milton Keynes (UK), Sandra decided to focus her career in the financial sector. She is furthermore qualified with a level 6 Certificate in Private Client Investment Advice & Management (PCIAM). Sandra has over 20 years experience in Private Banking in Gibraltar, beginning at Credit Agricole Indosuez. In 2003 she joined SG Hambros where she continued to expand her client base in various market segments. In 2017 Sandra became a valued member of Turicum Private Bank’s front office specializing in International clients. She is fluent in English, Spanish and French and has ample experience in dealing with High Net Worth Individuals of every background. Within Turicum, Sandra forms part of the Institutional Team and in addition to Private Clients, she also handles Asset Managers, Funds and Fintech Clients.

Manuel graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Applied Science in Bielefeld, Germany and has completed his Masters in Wealth Management with the CISI. He started his career in the finance sector at an asset manager in Gibraltar as an Assistant Portfolio Manager. From there Manuel moved on to Lloyds TSB Private Banking as Senior Relationship Manager, a position he held for over 8 years. He subsequently spent 3 years at SG Hambros Bank before joining the External Asset Managers department of Lombard Odier. Manuel joined the Institutional Desk at Turicum in 2018. With over 14 years of banking experience, Manuel has served the cross section of clients including private, institutional as well as external asset managers.

Keegan joined Turicum in 2016 after 19 years working in Gibraltar Private Banking sector, 13 of which has been as a Relationship Manager for Institutional clients. After completing a Business & Finance diploma in 1997 Keegan started his Private Banking career with Hispano Commerzbank where he spent four years at the bank's Treasury division. He joined Lombard Odier's Operations team in September 2001 focusing on security settlements and corporate actions. In 2003 Keegan was promoted to Relationship Manager for Institutional clients where he remained until 2010. In December 2010 he was offered the opportunity to join Credit Suisse where he was a core member of the Institutional team. Keegan enjoyed a successful five years including a promotion to Assistant Vice President, until following a global strategic review the bank decided to exit the Gibraltar booking centre. As a Senior Relationship Manager with a sound knowledge of the Institutional business Keegan focuses on the acquisition, development and servicing of FinTech clients, licensed Wealth and Asset Managers under third party investment agreements or Fund structures, offering a highly professional tailored service. Keegan is a Blockchain enthusiast and in 2018 completed the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme offered by the University of Oxford. In 2019 he achieved the International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management offered by the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Stephen joined Turicum in 2020, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in Gibraltar’s robust banking sector. Stephen began his working career in the UK Armed Forces moving on to the Royal Gibraltar Police, before finally stepping into finance with the RBSI group in 2001. He followed this with time at Natwest and Barclays, where as an Investment Advisor he attained the Private Client Investment Advice and Management (PCIAM Level 6) qualification. In 2013, Stephen joined the SG group with SG Kleinwort Hambros in Gibraltar. As a Senior Private Banker he advised clients on investments and following qualifying with CeMap certification he assisted clients in the area of mortgages and lending. Stephen is a Senior Relationship Manager with a focus on delivering a superior service to High Net Worth Individuals whilst working with his extensive network (both locally & internationally) to develop further business opportunities. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Marlene started her career in the Private Banking Sector as a Customer Services Representative in the Royal Bank of Scotland International in Jersey (Channel Islands). From there she moved to Royal Bank of Canada as a Settlement and Trade Capture Administrator. In 2008 Marlene relocated to Gibraltar and joined Credit Suisse Gibraltar as an Investment Administrator processing all securities related transactions. Subsequently she worked as Investment Manager in Velay Financial Services moving then to Lombard Odier as a Relationship Manager dealing with External Asset Managers. In 2018 Marlene moved to Turicum Private Bank bringing with her over 13 years of experience in the Finance Sector.

Michael joined Turicum following 20 years of banking experience, both in the private and retail environments. He began his career with SG Hambros Bank, where he spent 12 years working his way through most departments at the bank. His focus was mainly with the bank’s Treasury and Investments Team, as well as spending some years assisting Relationship Managers with their personal and corporate clients. In 2014, Michael turned his attention to retail banking, when he joined Gibraltar International Bank – he was part of the 1st staff intake employed to get the bank up and running following its creation. Here, Michael worked as a Relationship Manager, concentrating on the intermediary business, as well as entertaining funds and the blockchain sector. He also qualified as a Mortgage Advisor (CeMAP) during his time at the bank. At Turicum, Michael forms part of the Institutional Team, dealing with External Asset Managers, Fund Managers and other Intermediaries.

Thomas joined Turicum Private Bank in 2012. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Cologne, Germany. In addition, he has been awarded with the International Diploma in Compliance from the International Compliance Association and the International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. Prior to joining Turicum Private Bank, Thomas worked amongst others in sales & marketing positions at Dresdner Bank AG, Fimatex S.A. (affiliated company of Société Générale S.A.), IS Teledata AG (affiliated company of Interactive Data Corporation) and most recently in Compliance at a Gibraltar based investment management company.

As Marketing Officer, Joanne is responsible for the bank’s overall marketing activities through advertising, media, and public relations.

Janelle joined Turicum Private Bank in September 2024 as part of the Relationship Manager Graduate Programme, a two-year journey designed to develop the next generation of client relationship professionals. She graduated from the University of Liverpool in July 2024 with a Bachelor of Law, where she developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking, regulatory understanding, and client-focused communication skills she is now applying in a financial services setting.

Currently, she is pursuing the CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma, alongside additional banking and finance-related coursework through the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. These studies are further enhancing her technical knowledge and deepening her insight into investment solutions, client asset protection, and ethical advisory practices.

With a keen interest in building long-term client relationships and delivering bespoke financial strategies, Janelle is committed to growing her career within private banking. She is due to complete the graduate programme in September 2026 and looks forward to taking on greater responsibility within the client relationship team at Turicum.

He has held senior roles in both public and private sectors, including a tenure at the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission, where he managed fiduciary and investment services supervision. He later held compliance and control positions at Credit Suisse Gibraltar and SG Hambros Bank.

Tyrone holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Southampton and a second degree in Financial Services from the University of Manchester. He is a Chartered Associate of the London Foundation for Banking & Finance.

Isa is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and in April 2018 she joined Turicum as Senior Compliance Analyst bringing with here a wealth of experience.

Susana joined Turicum in November 2017 as a Compliance Administrator, with nearly 30 years’ experience in the Banking, Legal and Property Development sectors between London, Southern Spain and Gibraltar. She joined Barclays Bank Gibraltar in January 2012 as a Personal Banker and played an active role in the bank’s Gibraltar exit project. In 2015 and upon closure of the branch, Susana joined STM Gibraltar as the Liaison Officer Assistant and was transferred to the Compliance Department in 2016, achieving the International Compliance Association (ICA) Anti-Money Laundering Certificate (Distinction) the following year.

Carmen started in the finance industry back in 2007, initially as Customer Service Advisor for the Leeds Building Society Gibraltar branch and working her way through various senior positions. After gaining a taste for the banking world, she developed a sound understanding of investments, and mortgages. In 2010 she acquired her CeMap qualification (Certificate of Mortgage Advise and Practise) and moved to Assistant Manager. After further development in compliance and anti-money laundering knowledge, she moved to Operations Manager in 2013. Carmen now has nearly 15 years of experience in the retails financial sector and has decided to work on further development in the Private Banking world. Carmen joined Turicum in March 2021 looking to make use of her mortgage background as Credit Officer within the dedicated Credit department. She has now moved over to Front Office Support Compliance Department as Compliance Analyst.

Michael Cuby is Chief Investment Officer and Treasury Manager at Turicum Private Bank. He leads the Bank’s Investment Committee and is responsible for the portfolio management platform , investment advisory service, and treasury oversight.

Michael’s financial career began in London as an Analyst, later becoming Head Analyst and Trader. He managed Schroders’ Gibraltar office and served as a Senior Relationship Manager at Credit Suisse Gibraltar before joining Turicum in 2013.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree with honours from King’s College London and a Master’s in Finance from London Business School, as well as the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).

After graduating in Law with French Law at University College London, Malcolm joined PricewaterhouseCoopers where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. In 1998, he set up a subsidiary office in Switzerland for Active Value, a London-based activist fund manager, where he performed in-depth fundamental analysis of European companies. In 2003, Malcolm joined Tocqueville Finance as a European Equity Fund Manager and, in 2008, he was appointed Lead Manager of the Global Equity Funds at Mirabaud & Cie in Switzerland. In 2015, he joined a multi-family office where, amongst several other tasks, he managed multi-asset portfolios and real estate holding companies. In 2023, Malcolm joined Turicum Private Bank as a Senior Portfolio Manager and, in 2024, obtained the FCA-recognised and RDR-compliant Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma offered by the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Wessel is the Senior Investment Strategist at Turicum Private Bank, where he is responsible for managing the Bank’s Treasury investments and shaping its strategic asset allocation. He brings deep expertise in investment strategies and portfolio management, built over a career that spans both the financial industry and academia.

Before joining Turicum in 2023, he held senior roles in portfolio and risk management at various financial institutions. He also spent several years in academia, conducting research and teaching financial economics at universities including Erasmus University and the University of California, San Diego. His research has been published in leading international finance journals.

Wessel holds a master’s degree with Honours in Econometrics and a PhD in Financial Economics. He has also successfully completed the CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) and FRM (Financial Risk Manager) designations.

Originally planned to stay in Gibraltar for one year but the lifestyle and weather allowing more time spent outdoors made him stay. He has 10 years of experience in various Private Banking roles. This combined with 10 years of leadership roles in Retail and Mortgage departments have created his solid foundation as Head of Credit and Mortgages in Turicum which he joined in June 2023. Morten has during his working life supported work experience with qualifications such as CeMAP (Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice) and two diplomas in Organisational Leadership and Organisation and Management.

He began his comprehensive career in the financial hub of Frankfurt covering various roles at multiple institutions. After completing his business studies at VWA Koblenz (Germany), Joachim was recruited by Flemings (Frankfurt) in 1993. He later joined Commerzbank in 1996 where he expanded his experience in Securities Operations. In 1999 Joachim relocated to Gibraltar to work in the fast-growing fund industry, taking up operational roles within Investment Fund Management and Banking. As a keen traveller, he has journeyed around the world backpacking.

Tamara steadily progressed within the Bank and since 2014 she has taken on the responsibility of managing the Back Office Department ensuring that all banking and administrative functions are performed effectively, efficiently and are service driven. Tamara is always keen on furthering her professional development; she is currently certified in Business Studies (Open University) and holds the AAT qualification.

She joined the Bank in 2018, after prior roles in Gibraltar’s financial services sector and a career in London’s non-profit sector focusing on executive support and organisational change.

Marzia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a postgraduate degree in International Relations from the University of Pavia, along with an LLM in International Development Law and Human Rights from the University of Warwick. She holds the ICA Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering and the CISI International Certificate in Investments and Wealth Management, with ongoing development through the UK Chartered Banker Institute and the Institute of Risk Management.

Colette joined Turicum in April 2021 as a Compliance Analyst, with over 30 years’ experience in the financial services sector gained through a long, successful and uninterrupted career. In 1989 she began working in banking with ABN AMRO Bank (Gibraltar) Ltd and later, following an acquisition in 2008, with SG Hambros Bank (Gibraltar) Ltd. During this time she has developed strong interpersonal skills working in Banking Operations as well as enjoying Commercial and Compliance roles. At Turicum Colette is responsible of ensuring that policies and procedures are followed throughout all of the Bank’s business lines. Her main responsibility is to maintain a robust monitoring framework, through the Bank’s Compliance Monitoring Plan to ensure all relevant legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements are met by the Bank and by all employees. Colette works closely with the Head of Compliance, Risk and Ethics to accomplish the Teams objectives.

Beth began her professional career with PWC UK in their Financial Crime department where she was deployed on a KYC/EDD remediation project for a global bank. She started her career in Gibraltar in 2023, where she initially spent time as a Due Diligence Analyst at a gaming company. Beth is eager to further develop her skills and strengthen her knowledge of compliance regulations and functions within the Bank. This development will be achieved through both day-to-day experiences and challenges, and via courses provided by Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

Financial Crime Officer and Data Protection Officer

Matthew is a Financial Crime Officer and Data Protection Officer at Turicum Private Bank. With expertise in anti-money laundering and investigating financial crime, he is responsible for ensuring the Bank fulfils its financial crime prevention obligations.

Matthew has a background in law enforcement working as a Detective in the Economic Crime Unit of the Royal Gibraltar Police where he investigated serious and complex financial crime. He joined Turicum in 2025 and holds an ICA International Diploma in Anti Money Laundering and is a National Crime Agency trained Financial Investigator.  He is now committed to furthering his professional development and contributing meaningfully to the Banks compliance objectives and data protection obligations.

Dr Benjamin Moss is Chief Legal Officer and Deputy CEO at Turicum Private Bank. He leads the Legal function, with a focus on strategic projects and legal risk across the Bank’s operations.


He joined Turicum in 2003 and has developed expertise in financial regulatory frameworks, systemic risk, and cross-border legal matters.


Ben holds dual Law degrees in English and French Law from the Universities of Kent and Paris, a Master’s in Commercial Law and Finance from the University of Nottingham, and a PhD in Law focused on financial regulation.

Marina holds a degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Madrid and a PhD in Natural Sciences from the University of Würzburg, Germany. After working as a post-doctoral research fellow at the University of Nottingham, Marina’s career took a significant turn when she relocated to Gibraltar and joined Credit Suisse in 1997 in the HR and Financial Control department. Moving to Lloyds Private Banking in 2001 as a Relationship Manager, Marina steadily progressed within the company over a 12-year period, becoming the Gibraltar Branch Manager in 2009. In 2013 Marina returned to Credit Suisse as COO and Head of Business Risk Management. In 2017 Marina joined STM Group Plc, an international financial services provider, as Group Head of Enterprise Risk Management with responsibility for risk management across all subsidiaries. Marina returned to banking in 2020, joining Turicum as the bank’s Internal Auditor. Marina brings to her role a wealth of experience in private banking coupled with her focus on risk management. Marina is a Certified Internal Auditor and holds the Chartered Institute of Bankers Certificate for Financial Advisers. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors and of the Institute of Risk Management.

Dimitri Adam is the Chief Financial Officer at Turicum Private Bank, where he leads the Bank’s finance function with a focus on performance analysis and technology-enabled process improvements.

The finance department plays a central role in delivering high-quality reporting and management information (MIS) to the Board of Directors and senior management. By providing timely data and strategic insight, the department supports decision-making across the organisation. Additionally, it ensures robust external reporting to regulatory bodies and maintains full compliance with applicable financial regulations.

Dimitri joined Turicum in 2015, bringing over a decade of financial experience across industries such as insurance and online gaming. His earlier career included management accounting roles in Paris and finance positions in London, establishing a strong international foundation in financial operations.

Dimitri holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from France and became a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) in 2016. In 2024, he was awarded the designation of Chartered Associate by the London Institute of Banking & Finance, in recognition of his dedication to the Financial Services industry.

Stefan Federico is the Head of Finance at Turicum Private Bank, with over 10 years of experience in accounting and financial operations across various industries. Stefan is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and holds Chartered status in Banking and Finance from the London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF). Sharon joined Turicum in August 2017 with 20 years’ experience at the forefront of the Gibraltar banking sector. She has worked at various departments within banking operations including back office and operations development. Sharon was instrumental in specific projects particularly those concerned with implementation and improvement of new banking systems, excelling at every opportunity. For over 10 years, Sharon was an integral part of the Finance department at Credit Suisse Gibraltar, working directly under the Financial Manager. She held responsibility for the Bank’s revenue generation processes whilst providing support in all areas of financial administration.

Stella initially joined the Bank in 2022 on a temporary basis. Her maturity and sense of responsibility within the role together with her willingness to take on any new challenges were evident from the outset and Stella quickly became a valued and permanent employee of the Bank. After working in the bank’s Treasury department for just under 2 years, Stella has transitioned to the Finance department, where she is actively working towards completing her AAT qualification.

Agustin Morente is the Business Intelligence Analyst at Turicum Private Bank, where he supports the Bank’s use of data, reporting, automation and analytics to improve decision-making, operational efficiency and data quality. He remains closely involved in finance and operational processes, combining his accounting background with technical expertise across Python, SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, Excel, VBA, HTML and CSS. Before joining Turicum in 2023, Agustin worked in the retail industry as a Financial Controller, gaining experience in budgeting, reporting, financial control and process optimisation.

Agustin is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) with professional certifications in SQL, Python and Data Analysis. His qualifications and technical expertise enable him to develop reporting tools, dashboards and automation solutions that streamline data-related tasks and wider business processes. He is committed to supporting high standards in financial reporting, regulatory reporting and data-driven business improvement.

Zoe has developed her career in the finance industry in Gibraltar over the last 27 years. On completion of her GNVQ in Advanced Business and Finance in 1998, Zoe joined the banking industry as a Customer Advisor with Newcastle Building Society. On obtaining her CeMAP (Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice) in 2005, she moved to Leeds Building Society as a Mortgage Advisor and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2006. During the summer of 2008, Zoe took on the role of Operations Manager for the mutual building society and gathered a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of operational functions. Subsequently, the bank’s Board appointed her as MLRO (Money Laundering Reporting Officer) for the Gibraltar Branch. Zoe joined Turicum in January 2019 as a Compliance Analyst and was promoted to Head of Credit in August following the development of the Credit department in the Bank and in January 2023 took over as Company Secretary. In September 2025 Zoe became the Bank’s HR Manager, whilst maintaining her appointment as Company Secretary.

Jane started her career in Gibraltar as Human Resources Manager for a large retail outlet. She then moved into the Finance sector and gained over 20 years’ experience working mainly for the Newcastle Building Society where she was a CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) qualified Mortgage Advisor helping to grow and manage the society’s mortgage book in Gibraltar. She also spent time as an Independent Financial Advisor at the same time gaining her Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificates in Financial Services. Jane joined Turicum Private Bank in 2018 taking up the role of Human Resources Officer.

He began his career over 25 years ago, supporting global organisations such as Goodyear and Caterpillar in the UK. He later expanded his experience with nine years in Gibraltar’s dynamic gaming industry, where he specialised in building resilient and scalable technology platforms across infrastructure and systems engineering functions.

Paul joined Turicum in 2014 as IT Manager, where he was instrumental in advancing the Bank’s information technology strategy while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.

With over 25 years of experience as a technical architect, software engineer, and systems specialist, he has played a key role in shaping infrastructure, security, and operational resilience in highly regulated industries. Prior to joining Turicum, he led technology teams across global consulting, gaming, trading and telecommunications, focusing on networking, business intelligence, and data-driven infrastructure to support large-scale operations. At Turicum, he is responsible for driving the Bank’s infrastructure strategy, ensuring stability, scalability, and security across its digital platforms while aligning with evolving regulatory and cybersecurity standards.

Craig graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Communications Technology from the University of Glamorgan. Craig spent 6 years at Kleinwort Hambros Private Bank. During this time Craig worked in the Projects Team, assisting all departments with the Bank’s Client Relationship Management system and Online Banking. Craig played a vital role in managing and collating data for several projects including Data Migration and Tax Reporting, where he worked closely with KH entities in London and the Channel Islands. Craig joined Turicum Private Bank in 2017. As a Systems Analyst Craig brings his skills and experience to provide support on the Banking System, Online Banking and any IT related Projects.

Boris joined Turicum Private Bank in June 2019. He started his career at ITMS Ltd, spending 6 years providing IT support and solutions to both private and public sector clients. During this time, he has acquired a wealth of experience in most aspects of IT and has managed and delivered projects for high-profile clients. He has gained accreditations from Microsoft, 3CX and ITIL. After being briefly contracted with Turicum to implement a Windows upgrade solution, Boris has taken up the role of IT Support Officer, monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks.

Suresh joined the bank’s fast growing IT department in 2020. He brought with him a wealth of knowledge and development experience particularly in the area of banking systems. Born in India, Suresh completed his Masters degree in Computer Applications in 2008, from the renowned University of Madras. Soon after graduation he joined Temenos India as a Technical Consultant in their T24 core banking customizations stream. During this time, he achieved Gold standard level in Temenos Certified Consultant program. Following Temenos, Suresh spent time at multinational corporations such as Capgemini India and Wipro Technologies playing key roles in upgrade, implementation and supportive functions, generally as the single point of contact for clients.

Since 2019, Javier has been working as a freelance IT professional while pursuing studies in Systems Administration and IT Security. His focus has been on designing networks for small and medium-sized enterprises. Additionally, he has contributed to web projects, including PatientCare — a web application for medical professionals to track patient data — and TPassGen, a command-line program in the cybersecurity space that generates passwords based on patterns and date ranges. Javier has also been involved in a mathematical project called PrimeWizard, analyzing large numbers to determine primality. Another venture, NeSetpro, is a Python-based web application for calculating VLSM and CIDR networks. Javier joined Turicum Private Bank in 2024 as IT Officer.

Matthew graduated in June 2025 with an Advanced Vocational Training qualification in Web Application Development (Grado Superior, Spain). He has completed internships at Inalec S.L., a company in the petrochemical industry, where he was responsible for building their new website from the ground up, and at IT Step Sofia, an IT academy in Bulgaria, as part of the Erasmus Student Exchange Programme.

He has experience working with Laravel (PHP), Java, JavaScript, and MySQL databases, and holds certifications in GitHub and Markdown, as well as Apache Web Server 2.4. Matthew joined Turicum Private Bank in September 2025 as an IT Officer.

After leaving Air Europe as Cabin Crew, Maria gained her Receptionist experience in London, working for companies in the City which included Morgan Brown and Spofforth Chartered Accountants, Withers Worldwide Solicitors and New Square Chambers in Lincolns Inn.

Graham joined Turicum Private Bank in November 2013 as Messenger and also assists in covering as Security Officer for the Bank. Graham relocated to Gibraltar in 1978 after having worked for a number of years in the Hospitality sector at The Houses of Parliament, London. He continued his career in the Hospitality and Catering industry as a Chef at the Montarik Hotel in Main Street and later also as Chef at the Country Cottage restaurant. In 1982 he changed direction and moved into a new career in Law enforcement for almost 30 years in the Ministry of Defence Police where he attained the rank of Sergeant. Graham was attached to the Royal Gibraltar Police where he carried out specialized duties in both the Criminal Investigation Department and Drug Squad. Graham took early retirement from the force in April 2012 to devote more of his time to his family.

In 2003, Paul graduated with a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the university of Birmingham. Following several engineering roles in the UK, Paul took a career change in 2008 and joined Gibraltar Asset Management (GAM) as a trainee stockbroker and investment manager. In 2012, he was promoted to Chairman. For more than a decade working at GAM he built up a wealth of knowledge and experience from his involvement in all aspects of the business including Investment management, Advising on investments, Customer trading, Compliance, Business operations and Systems development. In 2022, Paul joined Turicum as Technical Project Manager. Paul is a Chartered Member of the CISI.

Nick graduated with a BEng (Hons) in Electronics Engineering from the University of Westminster in 1997. After a decade of experience as a Senior Engineer in the UK’s Electronics Engineering sector, he moved to Gibraltar and in 2010, began working at Gibraltar Asset Management (GAM) as a Consulting Software Engineer. At GAM, Nick specialised in creating and managing Finance and Compliance software solutions, with a strong focus on Wealth Management, Tax Reporting, KYC, and CRM systems. In 2024, Nick joined Turicum as a Technical Project Manager.

Rafia joined Turicum Private Bank as a T24 Business Analyst in March 2023. She was born in India and completed her Master of Computer Application in 2008 at Acharya Nagarjuna University, India. Before joining the Bank, she worked for Temenos India Pvt Ltd and HCL Systems. She is also a Silver Level certified Temenos consultant and has worked on projects for various global and central banks. She has been involved in multiple projects related to Systems Development and Life Cycle phases.
