This year, Sandra Garcia celebrates 25 years in private banking, a milestone marked not just by longevity, but by a deep commitment to client relationships, consistent excellence, and meaningful professional growth.

Sandra joined Turicum Private Bank in 2017, having already gained valuable experience in financial services in both Gibraltar and Spain. Over the years, she has seen the banking landscape evolve dramatically, yet one principle has remained constant throughout her career: the importance of trust.

“The foundation of everything we do in private banking is trust. It’s not just about managing finances, it’s about building a relationship that can stand the test of time,” Sandra shares.

As part of the Front Office, Sandra plays a key role in client service delivery, working closely with Relationship Managers to ensure that each client receives a seamless, personalised experience. She credits the Bank’s collaborative culture and high service standards as central to her professional satisfaction.

“What has made my time at Turicum so fulfilling is the team. There’s a genuine sense of professionalism, care, and purpose, and that’s something our clients feel too.”
